Joe took over the day-to-day operations of the agency in 2003.  Although he is a certified public accountant, he does not practice in that area.  His focus is strictly on the servicing and selling of insurance.  His tax background provides a unique advantage in the current health insurance market due to constant changes involving health savings accounts (HSAs), health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs), and other important tools available to employers and employees.

He received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Kelley School of Business in Indianapolis.  This education has trained him to look at business issues from a variety of angles, and he enjoys the consulting role that comes along with selling insurance.  His caring and consultative approach translates easily from the business owner level to the capacity of dealing with individuals or families.
